Calculator inputs

Calculator values are processed in your browser whenever the tool permits. 365CALCS.COM does not intentionally send raw calculator inputs to analytics, advertising, or other third parties. Inputs and results are sent to the account database only when a signed-in visitor deliberately uses Save calculation and confirms the save. Do not enter information that directly identifies you unless a feature clearly asks for it and explains why.

Information the website may process

Basic hosting and security systems may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, response status, and timestamp. This data may be needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and protect availability.

If you use the contact form, the information you choose to provide is submitted to Formspree, our form-delivery provider, and forwarded to the site owner so the request can be investigated and answered. Please do not send medical records, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal data.

Accounts, advertising, and analytics

Creating an account is optional. If you register, Neon processes your email address, password credentials, session information, password-recovery requests, calculator-workspace arrangement, and any calculator snapshots you explicitly save. Passwords are handled by Neon Auth and are not available to 365CALCS.COM in readable form. If you request password recovery, Neon generates a time-limited reset token and sends the recovery email; the interface does not reveal whether an entered email belongs to an account. A saved snapshot can include the calculator route, record name, displayed inputs and results, units, modes, formula context, and refillable field state. Health-related values require an additional confirmation before they are saved.

The website does not currently load Google AdSense advertising code or third-party analytics. If advertising is activated later, advertising technology may receive technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, page URL, and timestamp and may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, or similar identifiers depending on configuration, region, and visitor choices. Raw calculator inputs and calculated results would not be intentionally included in advertising requests.

Advertising must remain separate from calculator controls and results. Before non-essential advertising storage, personalized advertising, or consent-dependent ad serving is enabled, the applicable disclosures and visitor choices must be configured where required.

Retention and sharing

Account, saved-workspace, and explicitly saved-calculation data is retained while the account and records remain active. A signed-in visitor can delete the synchronized workspace and can individually delete saved calculations from My Saved Work. Technical records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and legal obligations. Contact messages may be retained by Formspree and the site owner while a report is delivered, investigated, and answered. Information is not sold. It may be handled by infrastructure providers, including Neon and Vercel, that operate the website or disclosed when legally required.

Your choices

You can use the calculators and local workspace without creating an account. Browser controls can clear local site data. If you register, you can sign out, delete the synchronized workspace, or delete individual saved calculations. Saving is manual: calculator values are not automatically added to your account while you type. You may also avoid sending a contact message or omit personal details from a calculation report.

International visitors and changes

365CALCS.COM is intended for an international English-speaking audience. Applicable privacy rights can vary by location. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
