Quick guide

How to use this calculator

  1. Enter the amount, quotation direction, timing, and fees from the real scenario you want to evaluate.
  2. Use consistent currencies and periods; provider quotes can differ because they include different spreads, deductions, and settlement conventions.
  3. Read the companion outputs and boundaries before comparing providers, planning a payment, or interpreting a currency result.

Calculation method

Calculation method

Net balance = paid − owed; debtors pay creditors until all exact balances are settled.

Calculations use exact fixed-decimal arithmetic. No live rate, provider price, country rule, or legal payment obligation is selected automatically.

Worked example

Worked example

If A paid 90 and owes 30 while B and C each owe 30, B and C each pay A 30.

Net balance = paid − owed; debtors pay creditors until all exact balances are settled.

Supported inputs

Precision and limits

Entered quote and fee scope

Convert every expense to one settlement currency before entry. The greedy settlement minimizes unnecessary cycles but does not encode social constraints, payment rails, or legal obligations.

Currency and quotation direction

Labels state the required quotation direction. Reversing a currency pair without taking its reciprocal changes the result; all costs must be expressed in the currency named by their labels.

Provider and market boundary

Results are scenarios, not executable quotes. Actual rates, payment acceptance, transfer speed, intermediary deductions, settlement timing, disputes, and provider eligibility may differ.

Regulatory boundary

The calculator does not determine disclosure compliance, lawful surcharges, refund or chargeback rights, tax, sanctions, money-transmission obligations, or consumer protections in any jurisdiction.

Precision and privacy

Plain decimals accept up to 30 digits and 12 decimal places. Calculations remain in this browser and raw entered values are not submitted to 365CALCS.COM.
